The Turkish football club earlier announced the young talent signed from Napoli on their social media pages and it is no more news that he's playing in his new football club, Galatasaray for the next 11 months.
His £9M contract will expire next year and the hope of him staying at his new football club side will be judged by his performance according to the football club board members.
Number 45 shirt was the chosen jersey number for the 25 year old football star.
In his speech on his social media pages, the football star said; “It was easy for me to accept Gala, it’s a big club , Onyekuru told me how special are the fans, I saw how they welcomed me at the airport… I was so happy”.
When asked how his feeling was signing for Galatasaray, he said; "Super excited to be part of the Galatasaray family! 🦁 I can’t wait to give my all and make the most of this new journey with such an amazing group and the fans,Ready to create unforgettable memories together! Let’s go! 💛❤️ @GalatasaraySK @Galatasaray".
