Chelsea Will End Up In Relegation Under Pochettino - Ex-Player Warns

Former Chelsea defender, Jason Cundy has warned the Blues that they are on course for a relegation battle this season if results do not improve under manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Chelsea have won just one out of six Premier League matches this season.

They currently sit in the 14th position on the Premier League table with five points.

Pochettino’s side lost 1-0 against Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge last weekend.

However, Cundy believes everyone at Chelsea is to blame for the club’s woes so far this season.

“Seven wins in all competitions this calendar year and that includes one at home against Luton, one at home against Wimbledon and a win away at Bournemouth,” Cundy told 365MediaHub.

“So I mention the ‘R’ word, I’m not arrogant enough to think Chelsea are too good to go down. But if that carries on, Chelsea will end up in a relegation battle.

“Everyone has, from right to the very top, the managers who have been brought in, the staff, the players, everyone has got to take a little bit of this blame and they’ve got to fix it.”
