Arsenal has refused to meet Chelsea’s £70 million asking price for attacker Kai Havertz.
According to The 365MediaHub, Chelsea plan to sell Havertz if he doesn’t sign a contract extension but Arsenal is unwilling to meet his £70 million valuation.
Arsenal has already begun talks to sign the German international this summer.
The Gunners are hoping to complete a deal after securing a move for West Ham captain Declan Rice.
Havertz has two years left on his current contract with Chelsea.
But the 24-year-old is open to leaving the West London club this summer.
